  15. All exterior doors and windows and applicable areas to be weather caulked.

  1. All interior doors to be 800 series and colonial trim throughout.

  6. Ductless fan-hood, electrical door chime, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as per code.

  7. Dryer vent to be installed to exterior.

  8. All interior and exterior light fixtures to be supplied and installed.

  9. Electrical plug and lights to be installed in garage including garage door operator as per Code.

  10. Central vacuum piping to be roughed in to basement.

  11. Kitchen sink to be doubled stainless steel and all water piping to be plastic.
