Who we are.

How we started

Heights of Moonstone was founded in 2000 by Mr.Bachly. He has built over 600 homes in the span of 55 years. The homes ranged from lower cost subdivision housing to architecturally designed homes. His previous successful builds have been built in Pottageville, Tecumseth Pines, Tottenham and in Moonstone. He specialized in developing subdivisions with custom designed homes. He was also nominated for the “Builder of the Year” award in 2001 by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program (TARION). In 2001, they received the Presidents Achievement Award.

His grandson, Tom, graduate of George Brown College with a Construction Engineering Technician-Management Diploma and many other home building credentials has been the owner of Heights of Moonstone since 2014. With his experience of starting in the field at the age of 17, going to College and working alongside his grandfather he assures to carry the tradition offering quality custom homes. He is currently developing a subdivision with 108 municipally registered lots. All the lots are at least 100 feet wide at the street. Each lot has municipal water, hydro and natural gas available from the street.

Our plan is to limit the number of homes constructed to a maximum of 4 per year. This assures you and us that our team can focus on working by your side during the building process to ensure you receive your dream home.
